REIKI is a form of stress reduction and relaxation that also strengthens the immune system as it promotes healing. The word is Japanese for "Universal Life
Force Healing." It is administered by hands gently placed on the fully-clothed body, or just above the body while directing the Universal Life
Force Energies into the body. Reiki promotes healing on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Reiki is a perfect adjunct for bodyworkers, nurses,

You will receive three more sacred Reiki symbols to use for higher degrees of healing work, plus receive one more incredible attunement. We will have a guided
meditation to the Shadow Self in or order to learn to use hidden qualities, and integrate new energy shifts in acceptance

REIKI III/Advanced expands and deepens your healing abilities with one new sacred symbol that enhances all the previous Reiki ones. Review all previous
Reiki work. Open more fully to your latent psychic abilities, learn how to conduct psychic surgery. Receive another amazing attunement. Enjoy a guided meditation

SHAMANISM, DREAMS, & NATURE SPIRITS
Taught periodically at Hygeia in New Milford. This modern core shamanism is based upon contemporary
multi-cultural influences, and produces most positive benefits for the modern practitioner.
Come join a small, discrete circle of friends eager to explore the basic
principles of journeywork. Learn to journey into non-ordinary realities
within a safe environment; learn to bless and secure sacred space, create
a healing altar, and call in the spirits.

with your Power Animal, Teachers, and Nature Spirits, who are always nearby
